Plymouth Elementary School families must register by Thursday, Nov. 12, to attend American Education Week classroom visits on Wednesday, Nov. 18, according to the school’s visitation announcement.

The school limits attendance to two guests per student because of classroom space. It will not accept responses after the deadline, and families arriving without registration are not guaranteed timely entry.

Preprinted visitor name tags will go home with students Monday, Nov. 16, and serve as entry tickets. Families can use the school’s linked visitation RSVP form.

The grade-level schedule is:

  • Second grade: 9:30–10 a.m.
  • Third grade: 10:45–11:15 a.m.
  • Kindergarten: 11:45 a.m.–12:15 p.m.
  • First grade: 12:30–1 p.m.

A separate Coffee with the Counselor workshop for second- and third-grade families runs from 10:10 to 10:40 a.m. that day, between those grades’ visits. The session focuses on anxiety and is limited to 30 participants. Its announcement includes a separate RSVP link.
