Plymouth Township is getting a new fast-casual dining option on Ridge Pike. Naya, a Lebanese restaurant chain with more than 40 locations across the Northeast, is preparing to open at 200 Ridge Pike in Plymouth Square Shopping Center, taking over the 2,450-square-foot space where Five Guys Burgers & Fries operated until it closed in late 2025, according to Brixmor Property Group's leasing records for the center.
New exterior signage is up, the storefront is taking shape, and the chain is hiring team members, according to Patch and job listings posted on Indeed and Harri as of Friday, July 18.
The Plymouth Meeting location will be Naya's first in Montgomery County and only its second in Pennsylvania. The chain's sole other state location is at 1601 Market St. in Center City Philadelphia. Founded in New York City in 2008 by Hady Kfoury, Naya now operates in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.
In a July 15 interview with Greater Long Island about the chain's suburban expansion, specifically its New Hyde Park, N.Y., opening, Naya chief operating officer Bethany Strong said: "Growing outside NYC was always the plan. It just took a few years longer than we had wanted, but we are happy now with the spaces we found."
Plymouth Square Shopping Center, owned by Brixmor Property Group, completed a $22 million redevelopment in 2024. The center is anchored by Weis Markets, Planet Fitness, and REI and draws an estimated 2.8 million visits per year, according to Brixmor's property data citing Placer.ai. Ridge Pike carries more than 33,000 vehicles daily past the site, according to Brixmor.
No exact opening date has been announced for Naya's Plymouth Meeting location. The chain is actively hiring for the buildout.
